5th and 6th grade canoeing

The 5th and 6th grade students will be canoeing during their PE classes September 22-30.  Each class will be going two times at the BK Outdoor Classroom pond, weather permitting.  Students are to come prepared for canoeing by wearing old clothes, old shoes that tie, and a life jacket.  If students do not have a life jacket, they may borrow one from us.  Students should come prepared with an old jacket or sweatshirt in case of cooler weather. There could be a chance that students may tip over in the canoe/kayak.  Towels and blankets will be provided to help in this situation.
If you have any questions, please email me at kay.kern@bkcsd.org.
